Royalenova Performing Arts competed at Starbound National Talent Competition last weekend and had the highest scoring routine of the weekend with a small group jazz routine titled “Crazy In Love”, choreographed by the gifted Thomas Ford and Steven Atwater. This routine scored 299.5 out of 300!
Royalenova also won overall production with a high-energy, musical theater line called “Dancing Fool”, which was also choreographed by Thomas Ford and Steven Atwater. Boasting another remarkable score, “Dancing Fool” scored a 295 out of 300!
Our junior overall group winner was “Loud”, a jazz routine showcasing vivid colors and choreography, which, once again, was choreographed by our amazing duo, Thomas Ford and Steven Atwater. Hard work and dedication to our Royale family has been happening all year at Royalenova, and it is truly showing every time our dance students take the stage.

Royalenova couldn’t be more proud of its students and staff, and cannot wait to compete at Starbound’s National Finals in Chicago this summer!
